Program Sharing Meeting Held

An Internal program sharing meeting of CEAPRED’s program management team was held on 7th July 2016 with the objectives of reviewing the progress of all on-going projects and  to understand various constraints faced and/or successes achieved in the field, which was participated by 17 staff members involved in different projects including three finance/admin staff members.

The respective project Managers/Coordinators presented brief highlights of on-going projects (KISAN, HIMALICA, CRMV, SAMARTHA-NMDP, AVM-IPMIL, NAMDP, ICT and BCES) being implemented in different parts of the country.

All participants actively participated in the discussion. The meeting created an opportunity for cross project sharing and learning from each other. It was also decided to organize such sharing meetings twice a year – once in July and another during January on a regular basis.  Besides, the program staff at central level will also meet once every month to update the progress and discuss on the outstanding issues for smooth running of the projects.
